Bridge Performance and Reporting Officer

37 hour post

NJC Point 20 (Fixed for project). Currently £25,295per annum. Currently Funded to 31st March 2020, but likely to be extended to 2022 subject to confirmation of extended funding.

This new role will support the Bridge Project with reporting, continuous development and service improvement. Providing the Bridge Partnership with robust, timely performance information.

The Bridge Project is an exciting employability project in Northumberland. Jointly funded by the European Social Fund and the National Lottery Community Fund, part of the Building Better Opportunities Programme. Seven voluntary and community sector delivery partners are working in Partnership with Northumberland County Council, supporting long term unemployed people moving into or towards employment.  You will find more information about the Project here.

About the job

We are looking for someone with relevant experience in a performance role, with strong analytical skills and ability to report data. You should be comfortable working under pressure and to set deadlines. The role will be varied, busy and will provide the opportunity to work with others. You will have excellent communication skills, proven experience of using a wide range of information technology including working with Management Information System (MIS), Customer relationship management (CRM).
